RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* In the same condition that you received it
* Unworn or unused
* With tags attached
* In its original packaging
* With receipt or proof of purchase (order number)

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact us at info@vyzcom.us with:
* Your order number
* Item(s) you want to return
* Reason for return (optional)
* Photos if item is defective or damaged

Step 2: Wait for return authorization
* We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
* We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

We provide FREE return shipping if:
* Item is defective or damaged
* We sent the wrong item
* Item doesn't match description

You pay return shipping if:
* You changed your mind
* Personal preference (doesn't fit your pet, etc.)
* You ordered the wrong item

For customer-paid returns, we recommend using USPS with tracking ($8-15).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
* Items damaged by pets (chewing, scratching, excessive wear)
* Items used outdoors or soiled
* Items with removed tags or packaging
* Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
* Gift cards
* Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is:
1. Return the item you have
2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order

This ensures fastest delivery of your new item.

Refunds

Timeline:
* We inspect returns within 2-3 business days of receiving them
* Refund approved/denied within 5-7 business days after inspection
* Refund processed to your original payment method
* Total time: 10-14 days from when we receive your return

Bank Processing: Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account (depends on your bank). PayPal refunds are instant once processed.

What Gets Refunded:
* Full product price
* Original shipping (only if item was defective/wrong)

What's NOT Refunded:
* Return shipping costs (unless defective/wrong item)
* Original shipping if you changed your mind
